In 2003 Hazel launched Accent Press, a mainstream independent publisher of fiction, non-fiction, cookery books and biographies. Three years later in 2007, after listening to friends complaining of a lack of good erotic fiction for women and couples, Hazel spotted a gap in the market and founded Xcite Books.  Today Xcite Books is one of the UK’s leading publishers of erotic fiction with offices in London, and has achieved Number One titles in several erotic categories on Amazon.
